Nokia 2710 Navigation Edition review
This is a new product from Nokia. Exploring the new spaces just became easier. This device is made to make your exploration and discovering of new areas much easier. Phone is equiped with GPS support. Its price was remarkably cheaper than the rest of the new phones and this device was priced only for 110€. It has 2.2″ 240 x 320 pixel display, 2 megapixel camera, USB conectivity where cable is included, a bluetooth and microSD card slot which is expandable to some 2Gb card. Also phone features FM radio 3.5mm audio socket and nice multimedia player for all your audio and video files.
The phone also supports EDGE technology but it is basically a GSM device.
Very interesting thing that this phone has is many Nokia maps with a lifetime licence which is basically best way to introduce this service itself Nokia. All of the maps are satellite based images. Also voice guide will explain you how and where to move when you are using it. You will also get a preloaded maps and car charger for this machine. It weights only 87 grams and you will basically always have your private traveling device. It is a satellite based navigation system so some things can be slightly reduced. This phone is available in Jet Black, Warm Silver and White Silver skins.
This GPS phone has support for OVI service and all internet advantages. OVI is a Nokia based service which enables you to access your files from anywhere, to save contacts, access a Nokia online store, mail service, instant messaging and much more. Phone can store up to 1000 contacts and you can talk about 4 hours and 20 minutes at one battery charge but if you plan to have it in a standby mode you can have it like 18 days without recharging the battery. So phone is a pretty much affordable and very good priced one so you will have all advantages when you plan to have a trip or simply to drive in a uknown town.
